Who are into Garments and Sportswear
Looking for an Customer Support/Telesales
Location - Nariman point
Experience - 1 yr
Salary - 20k to 25k
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Proactively call customers and check for their interest in our product
- Identify the reasons for non-purchase and offer alternatives or deals to ensure maximum conversions
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system/ Excel sheet.
- Chase deals with customers until they are either closed, dead or turned into Paid customers
- Plan sales activity & sets weekly goals to achieve individual business target
- Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks
- Work closely with other sales team members for sales closures
- Co-ordinate smooth post-sales handover & transition
- Contribute with sales material improvisations (scripts & presentation) Role Requirement:
- Excellent Communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to extract and maintain sales reports on Excel.
- Must have ability to organize and manage prospects / leads database
- Excellent negotiation skills.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
