Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a General Sales Manager at Banshi Medicare. The General Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting sales goals and strategies, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The General Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
Knowledge of the Surgical Gloves Industry and healthcare sector
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
