Unser Mandant ist ein Schweizer Traditions-Unternehmen mit +100 jähriger Geschichte in 3ter Generation und Marktführer im Bereich Handel und Veredelung von Metallen mit B2B Kunden im Bereich Industrie und Gewerbe. Das Wichtigste vorab:

Marktführer in 3ter Generation - sehr erfolgreich.

Modernstes Microsoft Umfeld sowie weitere angebundene IT Systeme (zB Hubspot etc.)

Ziel der Rolle ist eine systematische Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen mit Technologielösungen

Programmierkenntnisse sind NICHT erforderlich

Deine MissionDu sorgst dafür das Unternehmen stetig weiter zu digitalisieren mit Hilfe von IT Technologien

Prozesse, Abläufe, Datenübergaben - all das analysierst Du und entwirfst Lösungen für Applications Lösungen

Dabei ist Deine Rolle NICHT, diese zu programmieren, sonder zu konzipieren und die Implementierung zu steuern

Dein TeamDu wirst Teil des Inhouse IT Teams im HQ und berichtest direkt an den Bereichsleiter Business Applications

Du bekommst weitreichende Rechte und wirst eng mit allen anderen IT Bereichen sowie allen anderen Unternehmensbereichen zusammenarbeiten

Was Du bewegen wirst...Du übernimmst eine ganz wichtige Funktion im Unternehmen und bist das "Bindeglied" zwischen Fachbereichen (und deren Geschäftsanforderungen) und der IT

Deine Mission ist es, Geschäftabläufe besser zu machen mit Hilfe von IT: effizienter, zuverlässiger und automatisiert

Du sprichst mit den Fachbereichen über die aktuellen Prozesse und nimmst in Form von Requirement Engineering die Anforderungen auf

Dann geht Du in das Solution Design zusammen mit internen und externen IT Partnern

Du initiierst, planst, testest und begleitest die Einführungen von Applikationslösungen

Du arbeitest aktiv an Evaluation und Rollouts verschiedener Business Software Systeme

Du bist ein aktiver Business Sparring Partner für prozess- und systemtechnische Definitionen

Du arbeitest eng mit Softwareanbietern zusammen

Du übernimmst das selbständige Erarbeiten und Erstellen von Lösungen in den genannten Bereichen

Du steuerst die Durchführen von Releases inklusive Qualitätsmanagement

Du stellst einen reibungslosen Betrieb der Applikationen sicher

Du übernimmst auch die Durchführen von Key User Schulungen für neue Funktionen und Prozesse

Ebefalls übernimmst Du die Adressieren von Prozess-, Daten-, und Sicherheitsrisiken

Das solltest Du mitbringenAbgeschlossenes Studium HF/FH Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Informatik bzw. nachweisliche Praxiserfahrung

Erfahrungen im modernen Microsoft Umfeld: Microsoft 365, Power App Integration sowie BI Lösungen

Hands-on Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Business Process Modelling und Application Management

Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten für die aktive Weiterentwicklung von Lösungen

Gute Kommunikations-Skills und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

Durchhaltevermögen und Flexibilität zur Überwindung technischer und organisatorischer Herausforderungen

Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Erfahrung im E-Commerce der Handelsbranche ein Plus

Erfahrungen und Offenheit für verschiedene Projektmethologien wie Wasserfall, Prince2, Scrum
