This key role ensures that UAP follows all rules and regulations while handling application and admission processes smoothly. The Compliance Manager will be the main point of contact for universities, students, and agents, also preparing students for interviews under the Director's supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Application and Admission Process Management:
- Supervise the application and admission process meticulously and efficiently.
- Review and process student applications to meet university standards.
- Liaise with universities to smoothen the admission process.
Communication with Universities and Agents:
- Maintain regular contact with universities and agents through various channels.
- Build and enhance relationships with partners for seamless collaboration.
- Provide updates to universities and agents on student applications.
Student Interaction and Interview Preparation:
- Guide prospective students through the application process.
- Help students prepare for interviews and boost their performance.
- Address student queries and concerns promptly.
Administrative Duties:
- Handle administrative tasks related to admissions.
- Manage office resources efficiently to support admissions.
- Coordinate recruitment fairs, seminars, and related events.
Reporting and Coordination:
- Prepare regular reports on compliance and admissions progress.
- Collaborate across departments to align compliance requirements.
- Support the Director as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Business administration or related Bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years of compliance and administrative experience in education.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- High integrity and ethical standards.
