Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Design Lead/Traffic Manager
Responsibilities
• Lead a team of graphic and web designers to deliver high-quality Marcom, digital, and print design services.
• Ensure that design quality is maintained throughout all phases for various projects assigned.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and effective delivery of projects.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or obstacles that may arise.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for Marcom, print and digital design service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as marketing managers and brand managers, to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Manage projects and ensure all produced material is correctly optimized for chosen dissemination (web, social media, large presentation screen, social media).
• Manage creative assets. Upload the creative assets into the Digital Asset Management (DAM) as per governance processes established.
• Manage the Design rollout of a hero creative into multiple channels such as social, landing page, digital screen.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Relevant years’ experience in digital and print design collateral, with strong capabilities in graphic design and video post-production work.
• Knowledge of Digital Asset Management tools (DAM)
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator required. Knowledge of other video and motion graphic tools will be an added advantage.
• Proficient at following processes, managing projects, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in guiding video and multimedia projects from conception through completion.
• Proficient understanding of the creative process and open to creative critique.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Agency and Design studio experience.
