As an Account Executive, you will work with our stellar, nimble team to manage creative, social, search, display, video, and mobile advertising campaigns for a portfolio of clients.
You will need to be client focused and able to demonstrate good communication, organization and time management skills to manage both your clients and internal departments, while always focusing on quality, process and profitability.
The Role
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Understand and assess client needs, objectives, and expectations to tailor brand strategies accordingly, ensure client satisfaction, and proactively address any issues or concerns.
Assist in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they align with brand objectives and client expectations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams in the organization, including creative, digital, and sales teams, to deliver successful campaigns.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Use data insights to make data-driven decisions for ongoing brand improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Use research findings to identify opportunities for brand growth and enhancement.
What You Bring To It
1-2 years of account management and client servicing experience in the creative agency & advertising.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
A high level of time management and attention to detail are required for the role.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
Proficiency in marketing and data analysis tools.
Understanding of market research techniques and data interpretation.
Enthusiasm and a passion for brand management and marketing.
Previous experience in account management or marketing is a plus but not mandatory. Agency experience is a bonus.
