Job Responsibilities and Expertise
Partner Connect:
Identify and Partner Selection: Collaborate with the subsidiary to identify potential partners and work to identify partners based on workload requirements.
Upskill / Develop Cloud Competency: Provide support and resources to enhance the cloud competency of partners.
Engagement Activities : Coordinate engagement activities with partners, including webinars, events, and joint initiatives with CLMs (Customer Lifecycle Managers)
R&T Adoption and Pipeline Ownership : Facilitate the on boarding and updating of partner profiles and co-own targeted pipelines with partners.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a high level of understanding of the organization's products, licensing/services offerings, and software compliance regulations.
Lead Conversion: Convert client leads into sales opportunities through effective communication and engagement with customers.
Job Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
Total Experience: 7+ years.
Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in MS Azure OR O365 OR Dynamics 365 cloud sales and partner management is required.
Awareness and Knowledge in IT/Telecom Products
Track Record of Achieving Revenue Targets
