Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Ayurvedic product range.
  • Expand market presence by identifying new business opportunities, doctors, chemists, and distributors.
  • Ensure effective implementation of marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Team Management
  • Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of Medical Representatives (MRs).
  • Conduct regular field visits with MRs to guide and improve their performance.
  • Provide training and skill development support to the team for product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Market Coverage & Customer Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Ayurvedic practitioners, modern medicine doctors, hospitals, and retailers.
  • Ensure scientific product detailing to doctors and promote Ayurvedic therapies.
  • Drive penetration in assigned territories through effective doctor conversions and chemist engagement.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Track field activities through Daily Call Reports (DCRs) and provide feedback.
  • Monitor secondary and primary sales, ensuring proper stock management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical promotion, and regulatory norms.
  • Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and product performance.
  • Submit weekly/monthly sales and activity reports to management.
  • Provide inputs for strategy, new product launches, and campaigns.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines, therapies, and pharma market.
  • Leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical thinking and sales planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and CRM tools (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
