Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Ayurvedic product range.
- Expand market presence by identifying new business opportunities, doctors, chemists, and distributors.
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing and promotional strategies.
- Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of Medical Representatives (MRs).
- Conduct regular field visits with MRs to guide and improve their performance.
- Provide training and skill development support to the team for product knowledge and selling skills.
- Market Coverage & Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Ayurvedic practitioners, modern medicine doctors, hospitals, and retailers.
- Ensure scientific product detailing to doctors and promote Ayurvedic therapies.
- Drive penetration in assigned territories through effective doctor conversions and chemist engagement.
- Operational Excellence
- Track field activities through Daily Call Reports (DCRs) and provide feedback.
- Monitor secondary and primary sales, ensuring proper stock management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical promotion, and regulatory norms.
- Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and product performance.
- Submit weekly/monthly sales and activity reports to management.
- Provide inputs for strategy, new product launches, and campaigns.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines, therapies, and pharma market.
- Leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical thinking and sales planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and CRM tools (if applicable).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
