
Executive Assistant to the Founder –

Position Summary:
THEODORE, a luxury menswear brand, is seeking a proactive and versatile Executive Assistant to support our Founder. This is not a routine admin role — you will be the Founder's right hand, managing schedules, coordinating projects, supporting marketing efforts, and ensuring priorities are executed smoothly. The ideal candidate is sharp, quick to adapt, and confident in handling communications with both local and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, and travel plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to keep projects on track.
- Support marketing initiatives, events, and brand collaborations.
- Prepare and organize presentations, reports, and brand-related documents.
- Act as a communication bridge between the Founder and global contacts.
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure daily operations run efficiently.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role (fashion/marketing industry experience preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English for liaising with foreign clients and teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and initiative.
Compensation: Up to ₹5,00,000 CTC per annum based on experience
