Job Description:The ARC team leader is responsiblefor managing & leading a team to deliver accounting andreporting services. This role shall ensure the integrity andeffectiveness of accounting policy application internal controlfinancial reporting accounting systems support and delivery ofendtoend financial accounting processes. The incumbent shall alsobe implementing continuous improvement plans and managingconformance to internal and external requirements.

What you willdeliverManages a team todeliver endtoend financial accounting and reporting processesensuring activity is recorded and reported accurately and in atimely manner whilst supporting transparency integrity andoperating excellence.Develops and maintains aseries of internal and external relationships to ensure thesuccessful delivery of accounting and reporting projects utilizingadvanced technical capabilities to support requests issuesactivities audits and planning.Manages a teamto provide solutions to drive the simplification andstandardization of accounting and reporting processes encouragingcollaboration to design and implement system and processimprovements and ensure internal and external best practices areshared across the wider team.Coordinatesanalysis and explanation of reports and accounts to ensure informeddecision making making sure that data is retained and meetsobligations.Sound knowledge on SAP AOtoolsEducation andExperienceCA with 15 years relevantexperience with proven track record of successfully deliveringendtoend financial accounting and reporting processesRecord to Report (R2R) operational experience / qualifiedaccountant.
