US Accounts - Deputy Team Lead
to do general accounting, clients handling and team handling.
This role is strictly only for US Account's - R2R experienced candidates.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Client OrientedManaging portfolio of 5-10 clients as Client Engagement ManagerConducting weekly client calls to ensure client satisfactionHandling client escalations if anyNurturing client relationships and capturing further business opportunities with clients
Team OrientedManaging total team of 8-10 members which is a combination of Bookkeepers, US Accountants and Sr. US AccountantsManaging work allocation and resource bandwidthEnsuring that team is performing with desired accuracy levelsReviewing the team’s work and attending to team’s queries on need basisDrafting SOPs or preparing Loom Videos for various processesConducting one to one or common training sessions as and when needed
Management Oriented:Periodic reporting on -Team performanceClient satisfaction indexResource Bandwidth Allocation
Active contribution to process improvement and L & D is expected
Candidates Specification:Fluent written and verbal English communication is a mustExposure of handling overseas clients is a mustPrior experience of handling team of 2 members is necessaryAbility and willingness to handle multiple clients is necessaryGood knowledge of US Accounting process is necessary
Skills and Qualifications:4 Years or more in core US Accounting process or similar domain is a must.Good working knowledge of US Accounting, taxation, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
Shift Timings:Afternoon Shift ((1:30pm – 10pm)Working Pattern: 5 days working a week (Monday to Friday)Location: Pune

Work from Office, Afternoon shift, 5 days working.
