Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Strategic Partnerships to drive the growth and development of our business through effective partnership strategies. This role will be crucial in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic alliances that align with our business objectives and enhance our market presence.


Key Responsibilities :


- Identify and research potential partners within the drone industry and related fields. Develop and execute strategies to engage and attract high-value partnership opportunities.


- Lead negotiations to establish new partnerships, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with business objectives. Close partnership deals and formalize agreements.


- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing the value of partnerships. Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and support.


- Develop and implement a strategic partnership plan to expand our network and achieve business goals. Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with company objectives.


- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.


- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships to ensure they meet key performance indicators and deliver value.


Qualifications :


- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role, preferably within the drone or technology industry.

- Familiarity with the drone industry and its regulatory environment is a plus.
