Job Summary

Overture Rede Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering value as a strategic partner of our Oil to Chemical business, driving growth and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding of integrated Oil to Chemical business across the portfolio of transportation fuels, Polymers, Elastomers, and Polyesters.
  • In-depth knowledge and exposure to Contracting principles, Contract structures, Contract terms & conditions, and Contract administration specific to Technology License Agreements and Engineering Contracts.
  • Drive for timely award of contracts for Technology Licenses and Engineering Services.
  • Administration of Contracts under execution and resolve any critical / outstanding issues with the Contractors.
  • Timely resolution of change orders.
  • Partner with all stakeholders and drive the design and execution of innovative cost reduction strategies with a focus on Life Cycle costs.
  • Ahead of the latest market & technological developments, projects under award & execution, and workloads of Licensors & DEC s.
  • Partner with Finance on Working Capital Management.
  • Supplier Relationship Management and building deep relationships with the managements of Licensors / DECs.
  • Drive cross-functional decisions for effective functioning and achieving desired outcomes.
  • Provide Domain Expertise for Design, Testing, and Adoption of relevant applications in Digital Platform.
  • Build a sustainable team, identify skill gaps, and competency development in specific areas.

Requirements

Necessary: B.E. / B.Tech. / Similar professional qualification. Desirable: MBA / Certification by Procurement Professional bodies.
