Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead our sales and franchise development initiatives in Mumbai. The role involves managing business growth, expanding franchise networks, and strengthening brand presence in the luxury retail and premium building material segment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Drive sales growth and achieve business targets for the assigned region


• Identify, onboard, and manage franchise partners to expand Sealy's retail presence


• Build strong customer and partner relationships to enhance brand visibility


• Execute business development strategies for luxury retail and premium building material markets


• Train, guide, and support franchise partners to ensure operational excellence


• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to optimize performance


• Ensure alignment with brand standards and customer experience expectations

Requirements:


• 5–10 years of experience in sales/business development


• Proven track record in Luxury Retail or Premium Building Material industry


• Strong expertise in franchise development and management


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills


• Ability to work independently and deliver results


• Immediate joiner preferred
