The Recruiter must have experience in using job portals like linkedin, naukri etc and should have the skills to think out of the box to hire the right talent.QualificationsRecruitment and Talent Acquisition skillsMust have 2-4 yrs of experience as a recruiter.Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidatesKnowledge of HR policies and proceduresAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and organizational skillsExperience with applicant tracking systemsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
