Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist – FretronJoin Fretron to Build Teams & Shape the Future of LogisticsFretron, India’s leading cloud-based Transport Management System (TMS) , is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to manage IT & non-IT hiring , including campus recruitment , and support HR operations. You’ll play a key role in building a high-performing workforce while staying updated on market trends and AI innovations to strengthen our talent strategy.What You’ll Do:Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.Execute campus and professional hiring strategies across IT & non-IT roles.Conduct market research and stay updated on AI and industry trends to inform hiring decisions.Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.Maintain accurate ATS data , talent pools, and candidate communications.Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.Who We’re Looking For:2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (IT & non-IT) and campus hiring.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration , or related field.
