Responsibilities:

  • Sales and business development of Ashland excipients with pharmaceutical life science and biopharmaceutical companies.
  • Preparation and achievement of sales target (Revenue volume and gross profit) and organizational goals for every year
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as call reports monthly reports and annual territory analysis.
  • Value selling key account management and interpersonal skills to improve the profitability of our business
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing products new products delivery schedules merchandizing techniques.
  • Service existing accounts obtains orders and develop new accounts for Ashland excipients.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training programs reviewing professional publications establishing personal networks participating in pharmaceutical conferences.
  • Responsible for account receivables I & C forms handling of rejections and customer complaints.
  • Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.
  • Develop opportunity pipeline to drive new business for future commercial success
  • Forecast sales to enable operations planning introduce product innovations and maintain active memberships.

Desired qualification:

B.Pharm with Management diploma or degree / M.Pharm

Experience required:

Minimum 8 years
