Together, these initiatives are transforming how patients access, experience, and engage with healthcare across India and beyond.About the Role:The Regional Business Lead - PSUs will be responsible for driving Narayana Health’s PSU and State Government business across North and East India by securing institutional partnerships, ensuring smooth empanelment and collections, and building strong stakeholder relationships. The role will be hands-on, focusing on business acquisition, account management, and compliance while working closely with internal teams for execution.Location: Delhi NCRQualifications: MBA/Graduate in Business/ Healthcare Management, or related field.Experience:Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in business development, institutional sales, or key account management.Must have previous experience in hospitals, healthcare services, or health insurance/payor industry with exposure to PSU and Government accountsKey Deliverables:A. Business Development & ExpansionInitiate and secure tie-ups with PSUs, CAPF, CGHS/ECHS, and State Health Departments in the region.Expand patient inflow by creating awareness of NH’s empanelment among PSU/Govt. beneficiaries.Achieve business growth targets set for PSU/Govt. segment in North & East India.Manage end-to-end engagement with key PSU/Govt. accounts to ensure smooth operations.Proactively resolve disputes or delays by coordinating between PSU/Govt. offices and NH billing teams.B. Compliance & Process AlignmentEnsure all empanelment agreements and renewals comply with regulatory guidelines and NH policies.Monitor Govt./PSU policy changes, circulars, or reimbursement guidelines and keep stakeholders updated.Standardize documentation and processes to reduce revenue leakage and operational errors.Maintain trackers for all empanel agreements and accounts.C. Stakeholder Engagement & RepresentationBuild and maintain direct relationships with PSU/Govt. officials and decision makers.Represent NH at PSU/Govt. review meetings, forums, and empanelment negotiations.Organize and support PSU-linked outreach initiatives such as health camps, beneficiary education, and awareness programs.Candidate Skills Required:Strong expertise in PSU/Govt. health schemes, empanelments, and account management.Proven expertise in account handling, empanelments, and collections in healthcare/payor environment.Data-driven approach to business analysis and growth identification.Skilled in relationship building and influencing senior stakeholders.Demonstrates high ownership, structured thinking, and independent execution.
