We help customers choose from a wide range of personal loans, business loans, and credit products, offering transparent, quick, and seamless financial solutions.Role Overview:We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Tele Sales Team Lead to manage a group of tele sales executives handling Personal Loan / Business Loan products. The candidate should have prior experience in a call centre / tele sales environment, strong knowledge of tele calling metrics, and the ability to drive performance through motivation and process adherence.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of tele sales associates to achieve sales and productivity targets.- Monitor and track team performance on key sales metrics (connect rate, login hours, talk time, conversions, AHT, etc..- Work with dialler systems, CRM tools, and sales dashboards to optimise call flow and lead utilization.- Ensure adherence to sales processes, compliance guidelines, and customer experience standards.- Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and provide coaching/training as required.- Drive daily/weekly sales targets and ensure achievement of business objectives for the Mysuru Location.- Provide reports and insights to the Tele Sales Manager for business reviews.Requirements:- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tele sales/call centre in a team handling role.- Strong knowledge of tele-sales metrics, dialler operations, and CRM platforms.- Proven track record of achieving and driving sales targets in loan/financial product sales preferred.- Excellent communication skills.- Mandatory: Proficiency in Kannada (regional language).- Strong people management, coaching, and motivational skills.- Willingness to work in a 6-day work environment (including Saturday & Sunday).What We Offer:- Opportunity to work with India’s leading financial marketplace.- Fast-track career growth with leadership exposure.- Attractive salary with performance-based incentives.If you're interested for this role, Share your CV: or reach out to Krishan Kant at: .
