About the CustomerCompany is on a mission to provide the best in class health and wellness benefits for employees in India.About the RoleDesignation : General Manager-Mid Market Sales (Insurance Broking Background)Work Location: Bangalore, Mumbai and ChennaiWork Experience: 3 Years of experienceAbout The RoleWe're looking for rockstar sales reps with proven experience of performance in a hunting and outbound prospecting based set up. Someone who has a very disciplined approach towards selling, managing sales pipeline and keeping CRM up to date at any given point of time and is a result driven professional. A background in B2B sales of SaaS or HRTech or Insurance is a plus.Core Responsibilities:Speaking to Nova's prospective clientsUnderstanding their unique requirementsExplaining and sharpening Nova's value-propositionProviding the product team with feedback to improve our offeringsManage and forecast a sales pipeline on your ownPresent Nova Benefits to CXOs & senior executives in client meetingsCommunicate constantly with marketing and pre-sales to improve the quality of the sale pipelineEnsure a high level of responsiveness with prospects through the sales processProactively source new leads and new business opportunitiesBackground and RequirementsJob RequirementExpertise & Qualification:Apart from over all experience, at least 3 years of B2B sales experience in to insurance broking industry is mandatoryGood to have experience in fast-growing Insurance/Edtech/Fintech/HRTech/BFSI/SaaS startupExperience of outbound prospecting, cold calling and managing sales pipelinePrevious experience mainly into hunting, new clients acquisition and sales closuresExperience having sold to Founders, CHROs & HR team or CFOs Financeteam is a plusConsistently meeting assigned sales targetsStrong spoken and written communication skills in EnglishDisciplined approach towards updating CRM
