Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales of loan against property products through various channels. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and managing relationships with channel partners, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage or financial services sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for loan against property products through various channels, including direct sales, brokers, agents, and other partners.

  • Identify and recruit channel partners such as brokers, financial advisors, real estate agents, and builders to expand the distribution network.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing training, support, and assistance as needed to drive sales.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and credit to develop and launch new products and promotional campaigns.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase market share.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, including sales forecasts, pipeline management, and key performance indicators.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in mortgage or financial services sales, with at least (X) years of experience in channel sales management.

  • Strong understanding of loan against property products, mortgage processes, and regulatory requirements.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful relationships with channel partners.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
