JobProfile:
Theposition offers excellent exposure and growth potential to aprofessional who would like to join the core team engaged insetting up a new nationwide organization and participate in itsgrowth. The position involves setting up the DSA network for thesales function in The Organization and will be the responsible foridentifying selecting and appointing DSA network as well asmonitoring.
KeyResponsibilities:
Theposition offers excellent exposure and growth potential to aprofessional who would like to join the core team engaged insetting up a new nationwide organization and participate in itsgrowth.
Theposition involves setting up the DSA network for the sales functionin the organization and will be the responsible for identifyingselecting and appointing DSA network as well asmonitoring.
1.To grow the retail loan business and achieve the targeted loan booksize.
2.To increase the productivity in terms of value and number of loandisbursals as ateam.
3.To optimize the cost of merchant acquisition perdisbursal.
4.To increase the income from each merchantacquisition.
5.Identifying Recruiting and Driving channel partners & DSTson a continuous basis to ensure continuing salesgrowth.
6.Responsible for generating business throughDSAs/DSTs.
7.Should have direct experience in working out & negotiatingcommercialagreements.
8.Ensuring basic business quality parameters such as TAT LeadManagement etc. maintained by theteam.
9.Ensuring basic Sales Process in the team by imparting continuousProduct and Process training for the frontend team settingindividual Sales Target and Monitoring regular productivityetc.
10.Recruitment and Training ofFOS
11.Experience in designing incentive plans motivational programs andengagementactivities.
12.Sphereheading various awareness and lead generating activities doneby the team (such as Road Shows) in order to increase the inflow ofcustomer enquiry which further resulting into increased businessvolume.
13.Accountable for the profitability of the channel and productivityof teammembers
14.Exposure to fraud prevention anddetection
15.Coordinating with collection department in resolving nonstartersand delinquencycases.
16.Incorporating various checkpoints within the sales process of theteam to ensure quality sourcing by the team ensuring acquisition ofqualityassets.
Requirements Qualification&Experience
Graduate inCommerce/Science
10 to 15 years of experience in a Bank/Insurance company or a NBFCout of which at least 5 to 7 years of retail loan selling is amust.
Management degree in finance/business from reputed institute willbe givenpreference.
