Role Overview:
The Head of Service Delivery & Clinical Operations is responsible for ensuring exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and revenue growth across all centers. This leadership role requires a balance of strategic execution, clinical excellence, and people management skills to inspire and guide the clinical teams toward superior patient outcomes while aligning with business objectives. As a key driver of the company's expansion in Bangalore, this role ensures a seamless transition, standardization of processes, protocols, and operational efficiency for clinical operations while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care and patient satisfaction. Reporting Structure: Reports to CEO Ridgetop Dental International
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Operations & Quality Assurance
• Standardize and enforce best-in-class treatment protocols.
• Oversee end-to-end patient experience, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Conduct regular case reviews to enhance treatment planning and reduce rework.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and hygiene protocols.
• Collaborate with Chief Clinical Director to enhance SOPs and quality standards.
2. Leadership & Team Development
• Act as a mentor and coach, driving continuous improvement in clinical skills.
• Establish a culture of learning, ethical treatment planning, and patient advocacy.
• Conduct regular training and case discussion sessions for skill enhancement.
• Encourage multi-disciplinary collaboration for complex cases.
3. Workforce Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with HR to hire, train, and retain skilled clinical teams.
• Partner with Finance to balance operational costs and clinical excellence.
• Ensure smooth clinic operations by coordinating with Admin & Facilities.
4. Expansion & Scalability
• Develop a scalable operational model to support growth from 3 to 12 centers.
• Ensure new clinics are fully operational with well-trained teams.
• Implement knowledge-sharing frameworks for new and existing centers.
5. Revenue Growth & Business Alignment
• Drive KPIs for revenue, case acceptance, and patient retention.
• Ensure all clinics meet or exceed their financial targets.
• Work with marketing & business teams to enhance patient referrals.
• Monitor patient feedback and resolution strategies to improve satisfaction.
6. Governance & Reporting
• Report directly to the CEO, aligning clinical and business strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Admin to ensure financial and workforce efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (BDS) with an MDS in a relevant specialization preferred .
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of treatment planning, case acceptance, and operational efficiency in healthcare.
• Experience in scaling clinical operations and managing multiple dental centers is a plus .
