The Role:

The Candidate will be responsible for growing the Executive Search business of KNR across the India and MEA region.


Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Acquiring New Clients from these countries: India, Bangladesh, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and the African countries.
  • Lead as a single POC and manage the existing and newly developed key accounts/clients.
  • Hunting and farming more business from new and existing clients globally.
  • Prepare business and financial proposals and timelines as per the scope.
  • Holding meetings with Senior HR Professionals and CxOs, understanding client requirements, conduct preliminary market intelligence.
  • Developing and harnessing the Key Relationships with Heads/CxOs in target organizations for new business development.
  • Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the manager.
  • Responsible for negotiating and finalizing the contracts with the client.
  • Responsible for maintaining invoicing and collections.
  • Touch base with the existing clients for new and repeat requisitions regularly.
  • Interfacing with clients and cultivating healthy corporate relations with them to secure repeat business.
  • Explore newer markets for expanding the market reach geographically.


Ability and Attributes Required:

  • Exceptional research and lead generation skills.
  • Exceptional communication & and negotiation skills.
  • Graduate or a Master’s degree in any stream.
  • Highly organized, disciplined and a self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Resourcefulness: Ability to pick up new information about industries, and people and be able to apply critical and independent thinking.
  • Perseverance: Go-getter attitude, with a proven ability to work with complete integrity.
  • Should be well acquainted with MS Office Suite and Adobe/Canva, etc.
