This is a self-contributor role as of now with a focus on establishing NN relationships within the Banking & Financial Services industries
This role will be responsible for promoting and selling Coforge's capabilities and solutions to customers in India, with a focus on Cloud, Data, Analytics, Digital and other Coforge offerings
Identify prospective clients and develop a marketing strategy for the must-win and assigned clients
Identifying the client's needs and expectations, and demonstrate the value Coforge provides in resolving business and IT issues for its clients
Generate revenue from campaigns and plans to penetrate competitor accounts, acquire new accounts, and build a platform to scale accounts into multimillion-dollar engagements
Meet or exceed net new revenue, profitability, collection, quarterly and annual targets in the Banking & Financial Services verticals
Obtain high levels of customer satisfaction, references, and case studies to back up future sales
Work closely with the Coforge delivery teams to provide pre- and post-sales support and assistance to the client in order to lay the foundation for future growth
ROLE COMPETENCY:
Proven track record of opening and winning new client accounts as well as winning new business from existing accounts /MHAs
Must have excellent track of successfully closing large deals with top 10 Global Banks based in India
You should have a solid understanding of Cloud, Data, Analytics, Digital,
IT Infrastructure and other IT services, as well as domain experience Banking & Financial Services
Excellent communication skills, confidence, and a demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels, including CXO
Consultative sales style, creative thinking with a pragmatic approach
Experience in working collaboratively with marketing teams and with internal key stakeholders
You must be a rainmaker, result oriented & highly organized leader
