
Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage the director's complex and dynamic calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes of meeting
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Communication Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for the director
- Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Liaison between the director and internal departments, external stakeholders, and clients
- Draft professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Prepare briefing documents and executive summaries.
Executive Support
Assist in preparing board meeting materials and presentations
Required Skills and Qualifications Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced degree or specialized certification in business administration is a plus
Professional Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools
- Advanced calendar and project management software experience
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
Technical Competencies
- Advanced computer skills
- Proficiency in digital communication platforms
- Basic understanding of business processes and corporate culture
Preferred Experience
- 3-5 years of experience as an executive or high-level administrative assistant
- Background in the Medical industry of the director's organization
- Proven track record of supporting senior executives
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
