Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven BDE/BDM to join our field sales team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales in target markets. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in industrial/technical product sales and a strong understanding of B2B selling dynamics. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients in target sectors such as agriculture, government, logistics, and infrastructure. Pitch Garuda Aerospace's drone products and DaaS offerings effectively to decision-makers. Conduct market visits, product demos, and follow-ups to convert leads into business. Maintain relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key clients. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territory. Report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to the leadership team. Requirements: Experience: 2–6 years in field sales, preferably in drones, agri-tech, IoT, automation, or other hardware product sectors. Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory . Knowledge of Hindi and any other regional language is a plus. Note: Candidates are advised to strictly communicate in English during interviews. Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation ability, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
