Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Packaging Supervisor at Garuda Aerospace Private Limited. The Packaging Supervisor will oversee the packaging processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. Responsibilities include supervising packaging team members, ensuring quality control standards are met, monitoring inventory levels for packaging materials, and providing training to team members for enhanced efficiency. The role also involves preparing reports, coordinating with other departments to streamline operations, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to maintain and improve packaging standards
  • Excellent Communication and Training skills to guide team members and ensure efficient workflows
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure compliance with company and safety standards
  • Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing operations is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field is beneficial
