Experience Required: 0 to 5 years in interior fit-out or civil execution

Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on, energetic, and organized Site Supervisor to manage our turnkey interior fit-out projects across Chennai and South India. You will coordinate daily site activities, manage labor teams, monitor quality and safety, and ensure timely delivery as per drawings and BOQs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site coordination, vendor and labor management, and a strong eye for quality and finishing standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy working on fast-paced projects and want to grow into a Site Engineer or Project Management role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise execution of carpentry, electrical, civil, painting, and MEP works
  • Coordinate with vendors, labor contractors, and in-house teams
  • Verify work progress as per drawings and specifications
  • Track daily labor attendance, productivity, and site material usage
  • Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
  • Communicate regularly with Project Manager and office team
  • Provide daily progress updates via WhatsApp or project tools
  • Assist with material follow-up and site-level procurement coordination

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture
  • 0 - 5 years experience in site supervision of commercial or retail interiors
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and site practices
  • Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and coordinate with design teams
  • Willingness to travel to project sites
  • Problem-solving mindset, team coordination, and time discipline
  • Must have a Motorcyle/bike/Two-wheeler for transport

Compensation Package

  • Monthly Salary: 18, ,000 (based on experience & capability)
  • Annual Bonus: Performance-based (up to 2 Month's Salary)
