Job Overview


We are hiring for the role of Customer Support at Vindhya E-Infomedia Pvt. Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for freshers with less than 1 year of experience to start their career in the BPO industry.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu speaking
  • Willingness to work in flexible shifts (24x7)
  • Educational qualification of 12th pass or equivalent
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Answering customer inquiries and providing information about products/services
  • Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Handling customer issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues
  • Providing accurate and complete information to customers
  • Maintaining customer records and updating the database
  • Coordinating with other teams to resolve customer problems
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
