Chat Process:

- Engaging with customers through live chat platforms or messaging apps.
- Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Providing real-time assistance and resolving customer issues promptly.
- Offering product or service recommendations based on customer needs.
- Demonstrating excellent typing skills and using appropriate grammar and spelling.
- Maintaining a friendly and professional tone while communicating in chat.

Voice Process:

- Interacting with customers over the phone to address their inquiries and concerns.
- Following call scripts or guidelines provided by the company.
- Active listening to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolving customer complaints or escalating them to supervisors if necessary.
- Handling billing inquiries, order tracking, and other customer-related issues.
- Displaying empathy and patience while dealing with frustrated or upset customers.

In all three processes, you were likely responsible for maintaining customer records, documenting interactions, and updating relevant information in the customer support system. You may have also collaborated with other teams, such as technical support or sales, to resolve customer issues effectively.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,503.82 per month
