Responsibilities: Strategic Business Partnering: ● Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on complex people issues, including leadership effectiveness, employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.● Consult with leaders on organizational design and team effectiveness to ensure the business is structured for growth and scalability.● Lead and execute all talent management and development cycles, including performance calibration, and identifying and developing high-potential talent.● Analyze HR data and trends (e.g., attrition, engagement, D&I) to identify and solve workplace concerns, providing actionable insights to the business.● Collaborate with business leaders to build and implement initiatives or programs that address business-specific needs or concerns. People & Culture: ● Champion our company culture and values, using engagement survey data to partner with managers on developing and implementing meaningful action plans.● Partner with other HR functions to drive and execute HR programs and initiatives seamlessly.● Take ownership of Global/Regional HR projects and manage end-to-end implementation.  Qualifications: 8-10 years of progressive HR experience. Must have handled GTM functions as a HRBP. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze HR data. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
