About the Role

This is a contingent assignment designed to temporarily fill the People Partner role for the Bangalore region. The incumbent will act as a strategic HR interface between business leaders and HR Centres of Excellence (COEs), ensuring alignment of business objectives with HR strategies. The role is critical to maintaining continuity in employee experience, engagement, and compliance during the transition period.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnering

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for CRE and Shared Services Business Units in Bangalore
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management aligned with AOP and business goals.
  • Liaise with COEs to deliver business-aligned HR solutions.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Drive onboarding, orientation, and social integration for new hires.
  • Implement engagement initiatives including town halls, recognition programs, and DEI efforts.
  • Conduct exit interviews and identify ER hotspots for mitigation.

Performance & Talent Management

  • Facilitate performance management cycles ensuring 100% completion.
  • Support succession planning, 9-box assessments, and internal mobility targets.
  • Partner with business leaders to retain high-potential talent.

Compliance & ER Support

  • Ensure adherence to employment law and internal policies.
  • Provide commercially sound ER solutions in partnership with legal and COEs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support audits as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8-10 years of HRBP experience, preferably in real estate or facility management sectors.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
