Job Profile:
We are hiring for hardworking, very well networked Sales professional for our On-Grid Solar solutions having 3-5 years of solid track record of continuous growth in driving sales and market development of similar products. The right candidate would be someone who is knowledgeable about solar solutions on-grid and off-grid and is a team player as well as an individual contributor to the sales function.
The position is for State Head -Maharashtra and will be based out Mumbai, India.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop sales strategy and a detailed budget for Channel sales and distribution network development.
Ensure strategies are elaborated to the respective team members and set individual targets and plans. Implement sales plan in the specific regions and ensure budgets are adhered to.
Conceptualize marketing strategies for product specific campaigns Channel development and ensure implementation as per the marketing plan in co-ordination with other departments.
Analyze current and possible future market scenario for On-Grid Solar solutions in existing and new markets.
Ensure achievement of overall sales targets month-on-month basis as well as execution of Annual operating plan.
Plan & execute successful foray in new opportunities.
Create and support associations with channel partners in the solar industry.
Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Experience And Skills:
3-5 Years of relevant experience in sales of Solar Products.
Proficiency in solar channel development.
Ability to work as an individual contributor and lead a team.
Educational Qualification
Any Graduate or MBA in Marketing
