Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential students through cold calling on college data and generate high-quality leads for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about education and sales to contribute meaningfully to an innovative company.


Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Generation:

  • Make outbound calls to cold college data and engage potential students.
  • Identify and qualify high-potential leads based on their educational and professional needs.

· Student Engagement:

  • Explain course offerings, benefits, and outcomes to prospective students.
  • Build rapport and counsel leads to guide them towards enrollment decisions.

· Follow-Up & Conversion:

  • Schedule and execute timely follow-ups with potential leads to nurture relationships.
  • Work towards converting qualified leads into enrolled students for the courses.

· Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the sales and marketing teams for strategy improvement.

· Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Actively contribute ideas to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Academic Coordinators and Academic Counselors to ensure effective lead qualification and nurturing, streamlining the enrollment process.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Lead Generation (preferably in EdTech, Education, or Training industries).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and counsel potential students confidently.
  • Target-driven with excellent negotiation and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
