The company, led by a team of IIT-IIM alumni, has 200+ test-prep centers across India and also operates in the UAE, offering a wide spectrum of educational services.
Job highlights
- Negotiate with the Schools and colleges for business development and brand building and bringing in seminars
- Should be a go-getter and willing to travel within the city
- Experience in Test Prep preferred
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Job description
Requirements
Achieve Enrollment as well as Revenue targets for the campuses assigned from strategy based on the market dynamics and implement the same in the field
Negotiate with the Schools and colleges for business development and brand building and bringing in seminars.
Hard core sales with generating walk-ins at center through ATL promotion and local marketing.
Mobilize the student groups for Career Launcher initiatives and programs
Convince students to enroll for CL Educate courses.
Responsible for operations processes / formalities at the center.
Responsible for driving business for the assigned center.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 2+ years in sales industry
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
