Job DescriptionProvide pre sales counselling and advise the students regarding admission services (MBA/BBA/Law/CUET/BANK & SSC) and test preparationAchieve enrolment as well as collection targets for MBA/BBA/Law/CUET/BANK & SSC admission consulting enrolments.Generate walk-ins from

COLD CALLING

telephonic leads, leads from other sources and referralsMobilize the student groups for Career Launcher initiatives and programmes.Responsible for operations processes / formalities at the center.Responsible for driving business for the assigned center.Hard core sales with generating walk-ins at center through ATL promotion and local marketing.Proactively up-selling and cross-selling relevant product.Comply with the batch plan and effectively communicate the schedule of batches to students and parents.Capturing accurate client information on inquiry form and timely entering the same in the system.Ensure KYC compliance of the enrolled students.Proper maintenance of inventory and timely issue of kits to students.Share information on various courses, test prep products, application process, and deadline on proactive basis.

You will be successful if• Your ability to learn is off the charts, and you are hungry for more• Ideal work experience between 2-3 years• You do not believe in settling; you find ways to improve• You have done some selling in the past and want to learn how to get outstanding in sales• You want to win consistently and find motivation in temporary setback
