Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Counselor cum Telecaller at Career Launcher, located in Ghaziabad. The role involves engaging with potential students, providing information about test-prep services, handling sales inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Customer Service and Sales skills- Strong Communication skills- Organizational Skills- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively- Experience in customer-facing roles- Knowledge of educational services or test preparation industry is a plus
