Role Purpose:

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own and grow our Indonesia market, focusing on enterprise clients by driving new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities for Netcore's comprehensive suite of products. This is a critical, onsite role that demands a hunter mentality, consultative sales excellence, and the ability to engage CXO stakeholders across multiple business and technical functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and expand enterprise accounts through targeted prospecting and collaboration with SDRs and cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct discovery calls, deliver customized demos, and present Netcore's multi-product AI-powered suite.
  • Navigate complex multi-sponsor sales cycles involving product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Develop account penetration strategies, territory plans, and sales enablement activities.
  • Drive pipeline development, revenue attainment, and customer success in BFSI, eCommerce, and Retail sectors.
  • Partner closely with solutions engineers, marketers, and partner managers.
  • Maintain CRM and sales forecasting discipline, and support marketing events and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, with solid APAC exposure; Indonesia experience is a distinct advantage.
  • Proven ability to close enterprise deals with $70K+ ARR, with a portfolio inclusive of BFSI, eCommerce, and Retail clients.
  • Established CXO-level network in Indonesia (CMOs, CIOs, CTOs, digital leaders).
  • Strong consultative selling skills and fluent English communication.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, problem solver, and self-directed.
  • Relocation readiness to Jakarta is mandatory.
