Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is passionate about loyalty and rewards solutions, has a proven track record in inside sales, and is driven to exceed sales targets. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with our marketing and account management teams to identify and nurture opportunities.
Responsibilities :
1 Prospecting and Lead Generation :
Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
Qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for our loyalty and rewards solutions.
2 Sales Presentations and Consultative Selling :
Understand clients' needs and pain points, offering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
3 Closing Sales :
Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
4 Relationship Building :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
5. Collaboration :
Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
Collaborate with account management to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
6 Reporting and Analysis :
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities using CRM software.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 0-3 yrs of experince in inside sales/lead generation, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Knowledge of loyalty and rewards programs or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
