Pop culture and art enthusiast with a knack for research and analytics, capable of identifying trends, analyzing industry directions, and predicting where the creative landscape will be in the next year - Festival & IP Curation Executive ( 3+ Years Experience)

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create conversations that shape cultures, inspire creators, and contribute to the making of great art.
  • Curate impactful workshops and masterclasses to empower creators.
  • Invite relevant speakers, collaborate with them on their topics, and ensure an engaging experience.
  • Identify gaps in the creative ecosystem and conceptualize IPs to address these gaps.
  • Develop engaging IP ideas supported by mood boards that effectively capture the intended vibe.
  • Design interactive formats for IPs that enhance engagement and creativity.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with stakeholders, media, and the public.
  • Prepare questions, cues, keynote speeches, and promotional material for speakers to ensure cohesive communication.

Skills Required:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in writing for professional formats, including emails, WhatsApp messages, and presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail with a persistent approach to completing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Agility and adaptability to collaborate with diverse teams and coordinate multiple tasks seamlessly.
  • Media Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • 3-4 years of experience in festival curation or equivalent experience in event curation and IP development.
  • Passion for creativity and deep understanding of trends in the cultural and creative industries.
