Oversee end-to-end agency coordination and logistics for a seamless and impactful execution of the IFP Festival - Event Operations Executive (2+ Years Experience)

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement registration and upload management services and budgets.
  • Liaison with the event and experience agencies to ensure flawless execution of the event.
  • Finding and hiring relevant agencies across the board i.e. (Photo, Video, Aftermovie, Transport, Trophies, Accommodation, Print) and negotiating timelines and costs with them
  • Coordinate with different departments to plan and execute logistical aspects of the festival.
  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources and services.
  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any challenges that may arise during the festival.
  • Maintain detailed records of operational activities and expenses.
  • Generate post-event reports, including key performance indicators and lessons learned for future improvements.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, events operations management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in event operations management
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
