Job Summary:

A Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business needs and solutions, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The Business Analyst collaborates closely with stakeholders including management, users, and IT teams to gather requirements, formulate project plans, and drive initiatives to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify business trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines for implementing business solutions
  • Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
  • Create and maintain documentation of business requirements and processes
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather and validate requirements
  • Deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
  • Support development and implementation of new systems and processes
  • Perform data analysis using various tools and methodologies
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure business requirements are met
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Maintain and update project documentation
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments for successful project delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2- 4years of experience in business analysis or a related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of business process modeling and workflow analysis
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
