Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst located in Indore. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, creating detailed project plans, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution. The role involves evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions, and conducting regular reviews to adjust them as necessary. The Senior Business Analyst will also be required to document functional and technical specifications, as well as provide support and training to end-users.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience in business process improvement and requirement gathering
  • Project planning, coordination, and management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Proficiency in using project management and business analysis tools
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in QA and knowledge of QA methodologies is a plus
