This role will drive lead generation, CRM management, and commercial sales operation support efforts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Conduct targeted lead generation through Sales Navigator.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Knowledge and experience of Ad Campaigns is a plus
  • CRM Management:
  • Oversee and manage the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Overlook Sales Sequences
  • Create and maintain detailed reports on CRM activity and performance metrics.
  • Data Enrichment:
  • Enrich lead and customer data using tools like ZoomInfo and Apollo.
  • Market Research:
  • Research market trends and insights to support sales and marketing strategies.
  • Reporting & Insights:
  • Provide actionable insights through detailed reports on lead generation, CRM performance, and advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in marketing performance based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support operations or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, Canva, ZoomInfo, or Apollo is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create insightful reports.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take full ownership of tasks.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic startup environment.
