Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Specialist located in Gurugram. The Field Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, generating leads, building customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include visiting clients, presenting product features, and closing sales deals. The role also involves tracking sales operations and reporting to the sales manager.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Lead Generation experience
- Knowledge of Sales Operations and strategies
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
