Job Summary:

Arbour seeks an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Human Resources (VP HR) to lead and oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end HR functions, including HR operations, talent acquisition, talent management, business partnering, analytics, and other critical HR domains. This role requires a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader capable of driving organizational growth and fostering a high-performing, engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- HR Strategy and Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to foster a positive workplace culture. Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on key HR matters.- HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures. Streamline processes to improve efficiency in payroll, benefits administration, and employee record management.- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and build robust talent pipelines.- Talent Management and Development: Develop comprehensive talent management frameworks, including succession planning and leadership development. Drive initiatives to identify, nurture, and retain high-potential employees.- Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, ensuring consistent evaluation, feedback, and development plans for employees.- Employee Engagement and Retention: Design and implement engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.- HR Business Partnering: Partner with business leaders to align HR functions with organizational goals. Provide coaching and support to managers on people-related issues and challenges.- HR Analytics and Insights: Utilize HR analytics to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Measure and report on HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and workforce productivity.- Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. Foster an environment where all employees feel valued and included.

Key Qualifications:

- MBA/PGD in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed institute- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5-8 years in a leadership role.- Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes, systems, and functions, including HR operations, talent acquisition, talent management, HR analytics, and employee relations.- Must have expertise in building and managing a dynamic HR team, including recruiting top talent, fostering collaboration, and driving strategic HR initiatives to achieve organizational goals.- Proven ability to drive strategic HR initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.- Proficiency in HR software and analytics tools.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
