Job Summary:Arbour seeks an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Human Resources (VP HR) to lead and oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end HR functions, including HR operations, talent acquisition, talent management, business partnering, analytics, and other critical HR domains. This role requires a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader capable of driving organizational growth and fostering a high-performing, engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy and Leadership : Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to foster a positive workplace culture. Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on key HR matters.HR Operations:

Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures. Streamline processes to improve efficiency in payroll, benefits administration, and employee record management.Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

Design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and build robust talent pipelines.Talent Management and Development:

Develop comprehensive talent management frameworks, including succession planning and leadership development. Drive initiatives to identify, nurture, and retain high-potential employees.Performance Management:

Lead the performance management process, ensuring consistent evaluation, feedback, and development plans for employees.Employee Engagement and Retention:

Design and implement engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.HR Business Partnering:

Partner with business leaders to align HR functions with organizational goals. Provide coaching and support to managers on people-related issues and challenges.HR Analytics and Insights:

Utilize HR analytics to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Measure and report on HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and workforce productivity.Policy Development and Compliance:

Develop and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. Foster an environment where all employees feel valued and included.

Key Qualifications:

MBA/PGD

in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed instituteMinimum

15 years of progressive HR experience , with

at least 5-8 years in a leadership role .Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes, systems, and functions, including HR operations, talent acquisition, talent management, HR analytics, and employee relations.Must have expertise in building and managing a dynamic HR team, including recruiting top talent, fostering collaboration, and driving strategic HR initiatives to achieve organizational goals.Proven ability to drive strategic HR initiatives

and deliver measurable business outcomes.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.Proficiency in

HR software and analytics tools.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
