This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Sales at ValueMatrix.AI. The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Sales, Account Management, and Business Development skills
Sales Operations and Sales Management skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Knowledge of the industry and market trends
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience in HRTech or SaaS is a plus
