Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our brand presence across HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés), Liquor Stores, General Trade (GT), and Modern Trade (MT). The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong trade relationships, and ensuring consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and distribution targets across HoReCa, Liquor Stores, GT & MT.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to increase market share.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and trade partners.

Ensure product placement, visibility, and availability in assigned channels.

Negotiate trade terms, margins, and promotional activities to maximize ROI.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt business strategies.

Collaborate with marketing teams to implement trade promotions, activations, and visibility campaigns.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to liquor/alcohol sales and distribution.

Track, analyze, and report sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in sales/business development in the liquor, beverages, or FMCG industry.

Strong knowledge of HoReCa, Liquor Retail, General Trade, and Modern Trade channels.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.

Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel frequently.

Qualification:

Graduate in Business/Management or related field (MBA preferred).

4–8 years of relevant experience in liquor, beverages, or FMCG industry.
